Our office
Raleigh, NC
Our office is at 2809 Spring Forest Road, just off Capital Boulevard in northeast Raleigh. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and most of what people come in for — a quote, a certificate of insurance, a notarized document — gets handled the same visit.

Communities we serve
Most business is handled by phone and email — quotes, ID cards, certificates of insurance — so distance is rarely the deciding factor. Come in when a signature or a notary actually requires it.
Knightdale
18 minAlmost everyone we insure in Knightdale drives into Raleigh or RTP daily. Annual mileage and commute distance are rated inputs, and carriers weight them very differently from each other — which is exactly the situation where shopping eighteen carriers instead of one actually pays.
KnightdaleCary
20 minCary homeowners are the clients most likely to be underinsured without knowing it, because home values have moved faster than the coverage on older policies. A replacement-cost review is usually the first thing we do.
CaryGarner
20 minA lot of Garner clients come to us after a rate increase they were never given a reason for. Because we are independent, we can put the same driver in front of eighteen carriers and show which one actually wants the risk.
GarnerWake Forest
20 minNew construction is the recurring story in Wake Forest. Builders often hand you a policy at closing that was chosen for speed rather than price, and it renews on autopilot. If you bought in the last three years and have never had it shopped, that is usually where the money is.
Wake ForestDurham
25 minDurham has a large and growing base of small contractors and food businesses, and those are two of the areas where we do the most commercial work. If you need a certificate of insurance to get on a job site this week, that is a normal request for us.
DurhamMorrisville
25 minMorrisville is our biggest renters and condo market. Renters insurance is the coverage people most often skip and most often regret — it is a few dollars a week and it covers your belongings, your liability, and somewhere to stay if the unit becomes unlivable. Condo owners have the opposite problem: figuring out exactly where the HOA master policy stops and their unit begins.
MorrisvilleClayton
30 minTwo things come up constantly in Clayton. First, contractors and crews working the plant expansions need general liability and commercial auto fast, often to get on site the same week. Second, Johnston County has far more manufactured housing than Wake County, and most standard carriers will not touch it — we place those through Foremost.
ClaytonApex
30 minThe Apex conversation is almost always about limits rather than price. Dwelling coverage set at purchase five or ten years ago frequently will not rebuild the house at today's construction costs, and liability limits sized for a starter home are thin once there is real equity behind them. We start with a replacement-cost review and usually end up talking about an umbrella policy.
ApexFuquay-Varina
35 minLarger lots mean exposures a standard suburban policy handles badly: detached garages, workshops, barns and outbuildings, equipment stored outside, and sometimes a home business run out of one of them. Standard homeowners policies cap other-structures coverage at a percentage of the dwelling and exclude business property almost entirely. Worth a real look rather than an online quote.
Fuquay-VarinaHolly Springs
35 minHolly Springs households are typically in the exact window where life insurance matters most and gets postponed longest: a mortgage, young children, and one or two incomes the family could not absorb losing. Term coverage at that stage is usually far cheaper than people assume, and the policy through work is rarely enough and disappears with the job.

What our clients say
4.9 · 301+ Google reviews
“This place is fantastic. They found me a much better rate than what I was paying and actually took the time to explain what each part of the policy meant.”
“I needed a certificate of insurance the same morning to start a job and they had it to me within the hour. They have handled my taxes for three years now too.”
“My rate went up at renewal and nobody at my old company could tell me why. These folks shopped it and put me with a different carrier for less than I was paying before.”
